Letters to the Editor

I’m surprised, but not really, that I haven’t seen any letters sent to the paper concerning Sen. Lindsey Graham’s behavior here in the last few months. What happened to the senator from the past years in congress?

Graham was such a good friend of Sen. John McCain, travelling many times overseas to countries helping to give them the democratic approach to their governments and to better their way of life. McCain passed away and now we have this Graham. Evidently, the chains came off.

Seems as if it began during the confirmation hearing of Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court. I was shocked at his performance. It has only gotten worse, no use in going into all the details.

The senator doesn’t represent us any longer or the Constitution, standing strongly by the president right or wrong.

When Graham was in the House, he led the impeachment proceedings against President Bill Clinton. He stated that a president does not have to commit a crime to be impeached but the presidency should be cleansed. My question to Graham: Is the White House dirty enough for you now?

Of course, he’ll be reelected without any problem.
