SUMMERVILLE, Ga. -- Mrs. Regina Lynn Huffman Eubanks, 47, of Summerville, Ga., passed away Wednesday, Jan. 7, 2009, at her residence. Mrs. Eubanks was born May 24, 1961, in Lafayette, Ga., the daughter of Jo Ann Teems of Trion, Ga., and the late S. Wayne Huffman Sr. of Hephzibah, Ga. She was employed with the Floyd County Sheriff Department as a jail officer and was a member of the Pennville Christian Missionary Alliance Church. Survivors include her husband, Matt Eubanks; mother, Jo Ann Teems; son, Donnie Ray (Kelly) Cordle Jr. of Trion, Ga.; daughters, Amanda (Chris) Cordle Key and Jennifer Cordle (James) Rutledge of Summerville, Ga.; sisters, Tammy Huffman Wright (fiancé Mark Nagy) of North Augusta and Brenda Wofford (Kevin) Martin of Summerville, Ga.; and grandchildren, Hunter Ratledge, Isaac Ratledge, Makenna Cordle, Madilyn Cordle and Pippa Key. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 10, 2009, at the chapel of Mason Funeral Home with the Rev. David Thornton officiating. Burial will follow in the Pennville Christian Missionary Alliance Church Cemetery. Pallbearers will be members of the Floyd County Sheriff's Department. Mrs. Eubanks will be in state at Mason Funeral Home and the family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Jan. 9, 2009. Mason Funeral Home is directing.
