Aiken Youth Polo will hold its first USPA Interscholastic Polo Tournament Feb. 8-10 at the New Bridge Polo Club, 86 New Bridge Road. Games will be held at noon and 2 p.m. today, and 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Sunday. The tournament is free and open to the public. Tailgating is encouraged.

An Early Valentine's Adoption event will be held from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. today at the Aiken County Animal Shelter, 333 Wire Road. Select dogs will be available for $14. All adopters will receive a free leash or cat carrier. Refreshments will be served. For more information, visit fotasaiken.org.


The annual South Boundary Singers Scholarship Concert will be held at 4 p.m. Sunday in the lobby gallery of the Etherredge Center on the campus of USC Aiken, 471 University Parkway. USCA students, faculty, staff and alumni will perform with members of the community. The concert is free and open to the public, but a goodwill donation will be accepted to benefit scholarships.
