The United Way of Aiken County held it's annual award banquet at Newberry Hall on March 14.
The 2018 fundraising totals were announced in an evening of celebration thanking the many organizations, individuals, and agencies that generously supported the United Way of Aiken in their 2018 Campaign.
Stephen Rawson was named the Volunteer of the Year. Tri Development Center of Aiken County had the Campaign of the Year.
The United Way fundraising efforts generated $2.6 million in 2018.

Though no data centers have been built here, the data center boom is already paying off for Aiken County.
