Area Churches Together Serving, an Aiken-based ministry with a coverage area including most of Aiken County, had a high-level presence in Ridge Spring July 15, with 240 bags of donated food being distributed in the center of town during an hour-long morning event. Titan Farms and a variety of local congregations were among the event's major boosters. Plans are in place for a similar offering in August in Ridge Spring.
