A Warrenville man was arrested Tuesday after a woman called police claiming the man violently assaulted her at their Beckham Road home.

Martwain Dashon Leverette, 38, of Beckham Road, was arrested and charged with third-degree assault and battery, after Aiken County Sheriff’s Office deputies discovered Leverette had a warrant out for his arrest on an unrelated charge.
