She said she approached the young man and asked him if he had a pistol. He left the store. âóè A car break-in was reported Tuesday evening on Congress Drive. The car was parked in front of the residence. All the doors were locked, but the rear windows were open about 6 inches. A 15-inch roof-mounted television was reportedly stolen. âóè A teenager was charged with damage to City property Monday after he was reportedly seen pouring something into a Richland Avenue water fountain. The teen admitted to leaving school and buying a bottle of liquid soap that he poured into the fountain. Police observed suds in the fountain, which then had to be drained and cleaned. âóè A four-wheeler was reportedly stolen from an Oak Lane residence in Aiken on Tuesday.
