The Aiken County Sheriff's Office has located a Wagener man who was wanted in connection to a burglary on Old 96 Indian Trail in June.
Desi Arnaz Gleaton, 26, was arrested Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. by Orangeburg County Sheriff's Office, according to a news release.
Gleaton, who also goes by the alias "Quad B," was wanted on charges of first-degree burglary and grand larceny, the release states.
On June 8 around 8:30 p.m., deputies responded to a burglary at a home on the 3600 block of Old 96 Indian Trail, the release states.
When the responding deputies arrived on scene, the homeowners found forced entry to the adjoining shop and to the rear door of the home where it was ransacked, according to the release.
The homeowners discovered numerous items were stolen.
During the course of the investigation, Gleaton was identified as a suspect, the release states.
Gleaton is still being held at the Orangeburg County jail as of Thursday morning, but he will be extradited back to Aiken County, according to the release.
