A 35-year-old North Augusta woman reported Saturday an unknown individual broke into her Rainbow Falls Road home. She said her television and other items were taken from the house.

A 46-year-old North Augusta man of Knollwood Trail was arrested for simple assault and battery and transported to the Aiken County detention center for incarceration.
A 31-year-old Aiken man of Majestic Oak Way reported a stolen vehicle.
A 26-year-old Aiken man of Fairway Ridge reported a hole in his living room ceiling and a bullet on the comforter on his couch. The victim stated he had spoken with his upstairs neighbor who said a person was cleaning a gun and it was fired accidentally.
A 40-year-old man and a 24-year-old man of Goldfinch Lane were transported to the Aiken County detention center for incarceration. One man was charged with possession of methamphetamine, and the other man was charged with simple possession of marijuana.
Three incidents of shoplifting were reported at a store on Whiskey Road.
