An Aiken County man and women were charged Monday after they were caught performing a sexual act inside a truck at Generations Park on Columbia Highway North in Aiken.
Paula Jean Krause, 45, of the 200 block of Spinnaker Lane in Ridge Spring, and Michael Bentley, 48, of the 500 block of Union Church Lane in Aiken were both charged with indecent exposure, according to jail records.
Aiken County Sheriff's Office deputies responded to Generations Park around 3:35 p.m. Monday after a woman called police claiming to have witnessed the couple having "sex in the truck," according to the report.
The complainant told deputies the two pulled up in a truck and then started acting "suspicious" before they started having sex, the report states.
Investigators spoke with the suspects and determined they were both intoxicated.
Both Krause and Bentley were arrested Monday and taken to the Aiken County detention center. Both were released Wednesday on a $3,000 bond.
