Heinze to lead orientation

Camille Heinz, a nursing major from Clarks Hill, will serve as an orientation leader at Bob Jones University during its summer orientation events June 21-22.

Orientation leaders are upperclassmen paired with faculty and administrators to connect with students at summer orientation, a two-day event hosted for incoming freshmen and new students before the start of the fall semester.

Orientation leaders connect with students before they arrive, prepare the residence halls, lead disciple group meetings, speak in student sessions, and help with student advising. These student leaders gain valuable leadership skills, develop working relationships with faculty and administrators, and enhance their resume while giving back to the university community.
