An art sale will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. today at the Gathering Place, 343 Laurens St. Prints by artists Jonathan Green, Ernie Barnes, Don Stivers and others will be available. Ram Singal, a senior yogi and guest of the Brahma Kumaris meditation Center in North Augusta, will give a presentation from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Saturday at the Aiken Unitarian Universalist Church, 115 Gregg Ave. He will discuss his experience during the 9/11 attack in New York when he was a civil engineer meeting with clients on the 64th floor of the World Trade Center's North Tower. The program is free and open to the public.

The Off the Hook Crochet group will meet from noon to 2 p.m. Saturday at the Aiken County Public Library, 314 Chesterfield St. S.W. Those attending should bring yarn and a crochet hook.
