Man stabbed to death following fight in Central
CENTRAL (AP) -- Officials said one man has been stabbed to death and another injured during a fight in Pickens County.
Central Police Chief Kerry Avery said officers were called to a home Thursday night to a report of a fight. Avery said officers found one man dead and another with superficial wounds.
Pickens County Coroner Kandy Kelly said 59-year-old Roger Myles died from a stab wound to his neck.
Avery said the fight occurred at the wounded man's home. His name has not been released.
No charges have been filed as the investigation continues.
