AIKEN S.C. – Patricia Ann Vezina Peters, 50, of Aiken, SC peacefully passed in her sleep at home Saturday morning February 18th, 2012. She was born August 10th, 1961 in Tacoma, WA and graduated first in her class at Augusta Technical College 1985 with an associates degree in electrical engineering then worked at Savannah River Site several years. She was an avid reader and especially enjoyed the Twilight series, Jimmie Johnson, and Tony Stewart. She was Matchbox 20’s biggest fan.
She is survived by her daughters, Kristin Nicole Libby and Melissa Shae Peters; mother, Jo Ann Smith; grandmother, Conchita Rei-chart; sister, Laura Gayle; father figure, Roy Proffitt; and companion, Ken Peters.
A memorial service will be held Thursday, February 23rd, 2012 at 10am at Victory Baptist Church, North Augusta, SC.
