Leanna Gayle Catoe
NORTH AUGUSTA – Entered into rest Tuesday January 31, 2012 at the Georgia Health Sciences Children’s Medical Center, Miss. Leanna Gayle Catoe age 8, daughter of Mrs. Lisa Mollo Catoe and Mr. Jesse Franklin Catoe, North Augusta, SC.
A celebration of her life service will be held 2:00 pm Saturday February 4, 2012 at Cole Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mark Owen officiating. Interment will follow in Pineview Memorial Gardens, North Augusta, SC.
Leanna was born in Waynesville, NC and had lived most of her life in North Augusta. She was in the 3rd grade at Mossy Creek Elementery School on Five Notch Road in North Augusta. Leanna has been at Mossy Creek starting at 1st grade and was loved by all at the school and she will be missed by the Faculty and Students there. The family expressed that Leanna’s favorite color was her love for purple.
Additional survivors in-clude one brother, Matthew (Matt) D. Mollo, North Augusta; a half sister, Courtney Renee’ Catoe, Lancaster, SC; her maternal grandmother, Carolyn Hall Mollo, Hartsville, SC; her maternal grandfather, the late Mr. Donold A. Mollo; her paternal grandparents, Jesse F. Catoe and Rosa L. Catoe, Lancaster, SC.; and a number of aunts and uncles and cousins.
Pallbearers will be Chris Catoe, Gary Mollo, Jesse Catoe, James Palmer, Daniel Mollo, Matthew Mollo, Jacob Cole and Max Cole.
Memorials may be made to the Georgia Health Sciences Children’s Medical Center Child life Services 1120 15th Street, FI 1000, Augusta, GA, 30912, att. Connie Guinn.
A visitation with the family will take place 6-8 pm Friday February 3, 2012 at COLE FUNERAL HOME FUNERAL 1544 UNIVERSITY PARKWAY (118 BYPASS) AIKEN, SC 29801. 803-648-7175.
