USCA bridge

I want to know who the numb skulls are who authorized the bridge to USC Aiken. Are you kidding me? You have got to be stinking kidding me. Is that what our tax dollars are going for? To try to look like the big boys in the big towns in the big universities?

Birth control

Obama is trying to fool Catholics into thinking they're not paying for contraceptions. Who do they think pays the premiums for the insurance he claims is going to pay for them?

Women and combat

Women should be allowed to fight in combat under a voluntary circumstance. If they volunteer to go to the front lines along with the grunts, they should be allowed. They fought in Vietnam against us.

Charter schools

Charter schools are private schools. Teachers and administrators should not be in the South Carolina pension system, which is $19 billion underfunded right now.

Mormonism

I urge everybody to go and read how the Mormon church came about, and if you read a little bit further, you will see that the Mormons slaughtered men, women and children who were Christians.

Great card party

I'd like to give a big hurrah for St. Mary's for the wonderful card party. It was terrific. I'm sure everyone had a good time. Thank you for helping out the community.

Statue of Liberty

If the people in North Augusta dress up as the Statue of Liberty to advertise their business by breaking the law, then I insist all of these teenage girls advertising car washes are doing the same thing, and they should be arrested on criminal charges, too.

If you write something in TalkBack to complain about the dumb things some people do, save your energy. The qualifying parties are most likely too dumb to read or understand that the complaint is about them.

Same old things

I've been driving these streets for 40-plus years. I find the same people are doing the same thing. They don't use turn signals, they make right-hand turns in the left-hand lane and make left-hand turns in the right-hand lanes. These people need to be taken off the streets.
