Stroup - Durden
Mr. and Mrs. William R. Stroup, Grovetown, GA announce the engagement of their daughter, Ashley Paige Stroup of Grovetown, GA to David Lance Durden of North Augusta, SC, a son of Mr. David L. Durden, North Augusta, SC and Mr. and Mrs. Dale (Pam) Lamb, North Augusta, SC.
The wedding is planned for May 5, 2012, at Sacred Heart Cultural Center, Augusta, GA.
The bride-elect is a maternal granddaughter of Ms. Tommie R. Newman and the late Homer C. Newman of Grovetown, GA, and a paternal granddaughter of Rev. and Mrs. Albert M. Stroup of Thomson, GA. She is employed by Georgia Health Sciences University.
The bridegroom-elect is a maternal grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph (Marie) Gunnells and the late Laney Bennefield of North Augusta, SC, and a paternal grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Homer (Judy) Durden of Langley, SC. He is employed by Bridgestone.
