TalkBack: Aiken SPCA, USSCA and thank you
Thanks, SPCA
I wish to express my appreciation to Gary Willoughby, Aiken SPCA president and CEO, for his excellent Animal Connection columns. I really look forward to reading them.
USSCA?
Have we become the United Socialist States of Communist America? We are so close. Please educate yourselves before it is too late.
Ghost town
Without SRS, Aiken would not be a ghost town.
Amen to that
Regarding the singing praises to Aiken County Sheriff Michael Hunt and his wife. Amen to that. We don't put enough praise for our officers who put their lives on the line everyday for us.
Common ground?
Please explain to me how the Republicans or the Democrats can say, "Well, it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck and has feathers like a duck, but which ever first calls it a duck, the other will debate that it might not be a duck and stands by the decision, it is not a duck." Is their ever any common ground these dopes can reach?
Thank you
To the sweet lady who paid $5 on my groceries on Jan. 19 at Reid's, I had lost my debit card and was upset. I didn't get her name or phone number. I just want to say thanks a lot. May God bless you. We still have some wonderful and nice people in Aiken County.
