SC man charged in wreck that killed woman on moped
COLUMBIA -- A 29-year-old Columbia man has been charged with the hit-and-run death of a woman on a moped on Interstate 26.
The South Carolina Highway Patrol has charged Lyson Soram with leaving the scene of an accident with a death involved.
Troopers say 31-year-old Miranda Jeannette Senn of West Columbia was killed when her moped was hit by another driver on I-26 in Lexington County around 4 a.m. Saturday.
Troopers are still investigating.
It was not clear if Soram has an attorney. He's being held in the Lexington County jail.
