Townes - Norris
Mrs. Michael Lloyd Townes of Aiken, SC announces the engagement of her daughter, Jeanne Marie Townes of Aiken, SC to Kristopher George Norris of Aiken, SC, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Ronald George Norris of Leesville, SC. The wedding is planned for April 14, 2012, at St. Thaddeus Episcopal Church in Aiken, SC.
The bride-elect is a maternal granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Francis Jaskowiak of Cherry Hill, NJ, and a paternal granddaughter of the late Mr. George Anderson Townes, Jr. and the late Dorothy Townes Weeks of Aiken, SC. She is a 1998 graduate of Aiken High School. She is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a degree in Broadcast Journalism. She also attended the University of South Carolina School of Law and earned a Juris Doctorate degree. She is employed by Maxwell Law Firm.
The bridegroom-elect is a maternal grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Willard Sweat of Lexington, SC, and a paternal grandson of Mrs. Barbara Steele Norris and the late Mr. George Edward Norris of Leesville, SC. He is a 1995 graduate of Gilbert High School. He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina Aiken with a degree in Exercise Science. He is employed by US Foods.
