Jina Scott and Corey Phillips of Williston announce the birth of their daughter, Cloey Renee Phillips, born Jan. 6, 2012, at University Hospital in Augusta. Grandparents are Jamie and Janet Scott of Williston and Edwin and Marie Ann Phillips of Williston. Great-grandparents are Betty Speed and the late Arthur Speed of Windsor and Delane Phillips of Williston.
