Heffner - Johnson
Stephanie L. Johnson and J. Daniel Heffner, both of Chicago, were married October 2nd, 2011, at Schram Memorial Chapel in Glenview, IL. The ceremony was officiated by Ray Mathew. Music for the ceremony was provided by the Chicago Brass Band, a 30-piece British-style brass band conducted by Dr. Colin Holman.
The bridegroom is a son of James and Carolyn Heffner of Aiken. He is a maternal grandson of the late John M. and Sara Hoober of Lancaster, PA, and a paternal grandson of Marian and the late Howard Heffner of Annville, PA.
The bride is a daughter Edward Johnson of Boston and Diane Johnson of Palos Heights, IL. She is a maternal granddaughter of the late Albert and Rosalind DeVries of Toledo, OH, and a paternal granddaughter of Ann and the late Edward Johnson of Genoa, OH.
Alyssa Greenwald of Palos Heights, IL, friend of the bride, was the maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Stephanie Hoeppner of Cookeville, TN, sister of the groom; Katlynn George of Waukesha, WI, friend of the bride; and Roxy Sawczynec of Chicago, friend of the bride.
David Heffner of Lexington, brother of the groom, was the best man. Groomsmen were Joseph Morrow of Chicago, friend of the groom; Jonathan Hawkins of New Orleans, friend of the groom; and Davora Sides of Chicago, friend of the groom.
Ushers were Michael Johnson of Chicago, brother of the bride, and Joshua Hoeppner of Cookeville, TN, brother-in-law of the groom.
A reception was held at Glenview Park Golf Club in Glenview, IL.
The couple will reside in Chicago.
The bridegroom is a 1998 graduate of South Aiken High School. He is a 2003 graduate of Northwestern University with a degree in economics. The bride is a 2004 graduate of Alan B. Shepard High School in Palos Heights, IL. She is a 2008 graduate of Northwestern University with a degree in history.
