The Creek speaks

Christmas and New Year's at the Creek

How did "The Creek" celebrate Christmas? Well, Christmas is important to us here at the Creek. We all had a fun time singing Christmas carols. The Mossy Creek Student Council was in the North Augusta Christmas Parade along with some of the kids who do Junior Jazzercise with Ms. Lauralee Kokovich. Our third graders did a terrific job performing in their Christmas play titled, "The Animals's Christmas." They performed at the December PTO meeting and for the whole school the following day. Pajama Day was a fun day. Students got to walk around in comfortable pajamas all day long. That was Christmas at The Creek.

OK students, parents and community members, it is New Year's Resolution time. Everybody write down your resolutions for the new year. If you are wondering what a resolution is, think of it as any goal that you want to accomplish for yourself in the new year. It is very important to remember to write down your resolutions so that you can be reminded of your goals throughout they year. This will help you stay focused and motivated to accomplish them. Good luck to everyone and Happy New Year.
