Fox Creek falls to Trojans on the road

Blackville-Hilda High School provided a rough welcome for Fox Creek in football Friday evening, slamming the visitors by a score of 41-7.
The Predators' record slid to 1-7 overall and 1-4 in region play, while Blackville-Hilda improved to 6-2 and 4-1.
Fox Creek's next assignment is to be at home Friday versus Hunter-Kinard-Tyler, but the host site will be Merriwether Middle School instead of Lions Field, the Predators' traditional home turf. Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m.
The Trojans' record is 6-2, with a 4-1 tally in region play, and the most recent game having been a 62-18 mugging of North, on the Trojans' home field Friday.
