Ready to kick it
Richard Meyers, coach of Fox Creek High School's soccer team, has a sophomore-heavy roster this season. Representing that class are Kyle Johnson, Ginny Simmons, Natalie Swanson, Christina Thomas, Jerrica Tyler and Gracelyn Byrd.
Representing the seniors are Luis Figueroa, Cole Clark and Cam Coughenour. The juniors are Doland Gore, Bobby Herring, Christian Manly and Stetson Turner, and the freshmen are Austin Turner and Kate Fentress.
Richard Meyers, coach of the Predators' soccer program since its inception, is back in his role, with Bobby Simmons and Todd Coughenour as assistant coaches.
The Predators' first home games will be Tuesday versus Gilbert at 5:30 p.m. and March 19 versus Branchville at 6:30 p.m. Fox Creek's home turf for soccer is Riverview Park.
