Garden Clubs to meet

The North Augusta Council of Garden Clubs will have its annual educational meeting Nov. 9 at 10:30 a.m. at the North Augusta Community Center. The speaker will be Judith Dill, chairman of the South Carolina Historic Landscape Initiative, an effort "to preserve our garden heritage by documenting historic landscapes."
