Miss Michelle Emily Ware of Martinez, Ga., became the bride of Mr. Brandon Wade Warnock, also of Martinez, on Aug. 15, 2009, at the Old Government House, Augusta, Ga. The 6 p.m. ceremony was officiated by the Rev. Billy Carroll.

Given in marriage by her mother, the bride wore a satin gown with chiffon overlay and an empire waist, accented with lace and beading and flowing into a sweep train. The fingertip veil was adorned with crystals. She wore a diamond pendant, a gift from her mother, and carried a hand-tied nosegay of oriental lilies and white roses.
Mrs. Melanie Ligon, the bride's twin sister, of Augusta, Ga., was the matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Mrs. Allison Pacheco, sister of the bride, of Grovetown, Ga.; Mrs. Brittney Brunson, sister of the groom, of North Augusta. The honor attendants wore watermelon cocktail dresses of their choice and carried hand-tied nosegays with oriental lilies and green button mums. Flower girls were Little Misses Ansley Pacheco and Caroline Grace Brunson, nieces of the bride. The ring bearer was Master Brice Ligon, nephew of the bride. A white, ruffled eyelet-covered wagon adorned with flowers carried Master Ligon and Little Miss Brunson. The flower girls wore tea-length white organza dresses with watermelon silk sash and carried a miniature kissing ball of white roses. Little Miss Pacheco carried a white basket with pink rose petals.
Mr. Warnock was his son's best man. Groomsmen were Mr. Mark Warnock and Mr. Michael Warnock, uncles of the groom, and Mr. David Brunson, brother-in-law of the groom.
A reception was held at the Old Government House. Program attendants were Ms. Mallory Meyer and Mr. Jeremy Adams of Warrenville. Mrs. Sheran Proctor directed the wedding.
The bride's mother chose a cocktail dress with champagne-colored bodice and black skirt. The groom's mother wore a sapphire-colored cocktail dress with rhinestone broach. They carried white roses.
A family Bible from the groom's family was used during the ceremony.
