Adopt a pet

The Aiken County Animal Services appeared on the adopt-a-pet segment on WJBF on Aug. 18. Pictured are Mary Morrison with Dolly and Sandy Larsen with Dooley, named for the well known former Georgia Bulldog athletic director, Vince Dooley. The 10-week-old American bulldog mix puppies are up to date on vaccinations, microchipped and will be spayed and neutered. For more information, call 642-1537 or visit the shelter at 411 Wire Road. Other adoptable pets can be seen on www.petfinder.com . The shelter is having a two-pets-for-the-price-of-one special until the Labor Day weekend. Adopt the sister and brother puppies together, for they would love to go to the same forever home.
