Fulmer-Armstrong engagement

Mr. and Mrs. Carol Paysinger Fulmer of Prosperity announce the engagement of their daughter, Miss Lauren Hope Fulmer, to Mr. Philip Ray Armstrong, son of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Randall Armstrong of North Augusta.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Jackson Hamm and the late Mr. and Mrs. Harold Carland Fulmer, all of Newberry. She is a graduate of Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and is currently employed with Design South Professionals in Anderson.
The bridegroom-elect is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Verbon Ray Dunn of Birmingham, Ala., and Mrs. Juno Hallman Armstrong of Remlap, Ala., and the late Mr. Isaac Buford Armstrong Jr. of Birmingham, Ala. He is also a graduate of Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and is currently employed with Jacobs Engineering in Greenville.
The wedding is planned for March 7, 2009, at Colony Lutheran Church in Newberry.
