Pumpkins everywhere at St. Bart's

St. Bartholomew's Episcopal Church has been overrun with pumpkins since the beginning of October and the church members are making the best of it.
In addition to daily sales of pumpkins in the church's Pumpkin Patch and the storybook time for students, the church celebrated the season with a Pumpkinfest, which was to be held Wednesday, Oct. 21, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
The festivities were to include a costume contest for kids and adults, plenty of food, including hot dogs, hamburgers and fries to eat in the patch.
Then on Saturday, the Clay Potters of the Southeast will be at the pumpkin patch from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. They will be making and selling pottery.
