Two students at Hammond Hill have very different views of what fall means to them, but they both agree that it is a fun, family centered time of year.

Fall is in the Air

Crunch! Crunch! That is the sound of leaves in the fall.

I love fall because it is a fun time of year. The colors of the leaves are beautiful. The leaves are fun to play in, too.

I enjoy fall because of the sweet candy as well. Trick-or-treating is amusing also. I like these things because it is a great part of the year.

Another reason I enjoy fall is because of thanksgiving. It is a special time of year. My family gets together for a big meal.

I enjoy fall so much because of the feelings of family and fun it brings.

Ahahahahaha!!! It's going up, up! Mommy help me!

This is a big roller coaster and it has a lot of loops and hills on it. So when I think of fall I think of going to the fair and riding roller coasters. One time I was with my cousin and aunts and I got on the Fire Ball. I could see the lights of heaven shining above me. I thought that I was going to pass out. When I got off I thought that my legs had fallen off.

Fall also means Halloween. I love Halloween. You know why, because of the candy. I love candy, but it has to be different kinds of candy like gum, hot Fire Balls, flavored Tootsie Rolls, Milk Duds, and Reese's Cups. My favorite kind is Reese's Cups because it has peanut butter in the middle and that rich chocolaty taste. Yummy! It makes me want one now! Halloween is coming up so I can have one, yeah!

I love fall because I love getting candy and I have to get my favorite candy which we all know is Reese's cups! I also love it because I get to go to the fair.
