Keyon West kicking way to the top
Keyon West, an eighth-grader at North Augusta Middle School, put his best foot forward Saturday in Augusta, taking top honors in the "kick" portion of a Punt, Pass and Kick competition at Westside High School.
He launched the ball for 48 yards. His football roles for the Yellow Jackets during the past season included cornerback, receiver, punter and kicker.
