'I heart cheerleading' camp
An "I heart cheerleading" cheer camp will be held at Merriwether Middle School on Saturday, Feb. 6, from 8:30 a.m. to noon.
Kindergarten through sixth grade students are invited to participate at a cost of $10 per child.
Young girls will learn jumps, a cheer, a chant and a part of a cheer dance (no stunts). Girls will have a snack provided. Participants are asked to bring a water bottle and be dressed in gym clothing.
