Lions collect winter coats
The North Augusta Noon Lions Club has begun a drive to collect winter coats. The drop-off site is Walton Options, at 325 Georgia Avenue (between Waffle House and The Star), with weekday hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. through Nov. 20. Used (and new) coats, parkas and peacoats are welcome. All should be laundered first, and One Hour Cleanerizing, at 417 Georgia Avenue, is providing the service free for donated items.
