Mr. Henry Dunn Jr., 54, of 392 Houndslake Drive, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, Oct. 31, 2009, at his residence.
Mr. Dunn was known for his freelance photography and was a front desk clerk for Houndslake. Mr. Dunn's funeral service has been set for Thursday, Nov. 5, 2009, at 1 p.m. at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church, 2657 Silver Bluff Road, Aiken, with Pastor Rev. Frank McWilliams officiating. Interment will be in the Dunn's Family Cemetery.
Public viewing begins at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 4, 2009, at Cheatham Funeral Home, 3187 Augusta Road (Highway 421), Langley. Mr. Dunn's family will also receive friends at H.G. Cheatham Memorial Chapel from 6 to 8 p.m. on Nov. 4.
Public viewing resumes from 9 to 11 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 5, 2009, at Cheatham Funeral Home, Langley, and from noon until the hour of service at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church, Silver Bluff Road, Aiken.
Mr. Dunn is survived by his wife; Elizabeth Linda Isaac-Dunn of Aiken; mother, Beatrice H. Dunn of Beech Island; two daughters, Conita S. Dunn of Aiken and Monique Willingham of Augusta; two sons, Larry Bush of Augusta and Jaylan Roper of Aiken; three brothers, Carl (Tracy) Dunn of Columbia, Ralph Dunn and Leroy Quinn of Beech Island; five sisters, Eleanor Dunn of North Augusta, Margaret (Matthew) Whitaker of Beech Island, Lawanda Dunn of Augusta, Benita (Keith) Washington of Walterboro and Arie (Kenny) Bush of Warrenville, and two grandchildren.
The family will be receiving friends at 184 Hedge Road, Aiken, or the residence of Mr. Dunn's mother at 105 Douglas Drive, Beech Island, or friends may call Cheatham Funeral Home, Langley, at 593-0660 beginning Wednesday.
