The First Amendment isn't about letting people make their own decisions. It is against the government establishing an organized religion. Just because the Supreme Court legalized abortion doesn't mean it's right. Religion aside, murder is wrong.
S. Aiken coach
Why would the South Aiken men's coach sit at a tournament and bash other teams, especially Midland Valley. These statements show a nonprofessional attitude and immaturity. He should be building up other teams, especially in Columbia. How disrespectful to other teams, especially since he just moved here.
Habitat home
Why doesn't the paper go back and look at what people were doing after 20 years of living in a Habitat home?
Rid of Spurrier?
I think it's time for Steve Spurrier to step down. He needs a new scheme. He's always firing assistant coaches. All the Carolina fans should see what's going on. He needs to change up the offense.
Annexations
Since it was ruled that the annexation of Three Runs Plantation by Graniteville was illegal, is the annexation of Cedar Creek by New Ellenton also illegal?

Chase criminals
Why doesn't the City of Aiken Public Safety go after true criminals instead of law-abiding people. The only people they give problems to are a law-abiding citizens. They only harass them.

Well did YOU call the police and report the shooting to the police?? I don't believe the law enforcement here are super hero's and can hear or know everything that happens.. So next time instead of being a cry baby about the police not coming why don't you call them. And as far as 4 police cars at 1 traffic stop, apparently you are noisy but do you know what the circumstances are that there are so many police cars there? Before you start whining know your facts, you must be the same idiot that posted the other comment about police being scared.. Once again shut your mouth and keep hiding in your house and if you think the police are so scared then don't bother them with your petty BS...

When police don't respond to a shooting right down the street from my house that i watched from my porch because some little thugs got into it, but it takes four police cars to pull over one speeding car going seven miles over the speed limit I would say then yes they are scared

Spurrier would be smart to leave the gymsocks. The school will never be worth a crap; too much politics. He can't win with candy asses. He can go to Auburn or Mississippi State, maybe even Notre Dame, they like to win and will go get the talent to do so; unlike the gymsocks. South Carolina has been bad for his reputation.

You are probably the dumbest person in the county!! Your pissed off because you got a speeding ticket because YOU were speeding or whatever the case may be so the police are harassing you?? What an idiot so I guess the police should just pick the laws they want to enforce? So maybe one week enforce speeding and let murders go and then vice versa the next week. Scared of criminals? Does that actually make any sense?? Why don't you go and join the police dept. or sheriff's office and show how tough you are while you sit in your trailer with the doors locked and calling those that are scared of criminals because you heard a noise outside. Shut the hell up and if you think that of the local law enforcement move or don't call them!!
