Sue Seigler Garvin

Mrs. Sue Seigler Garvin, 82, died Thursday, Nov. 5, 2009, at her residence.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Montmorenci First Baptist Church with the Rev. Gary Youell officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Emily Whitlock, Charles Day, Ray Day, Ken Barfield, Ricky Stapleton and Wayne Davenport.
Mrs. Garvin was born in Aiken, a daughter of the late Darl and Bessie Randell Seigler. She worked in the Finance Department at Aiken Hospital and was a very active member of Montmorenci First Baptist Church.
She is survived by her nieces, Judy (Ken) Barfield, Dora (Wayne) Davenport and Ruth Seigler, all of Aiken; her caregiver, Eloise Hatcher of Windsor; and two stepchildren, Eddie Garvin and Sheila Wolfe.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Eulie Garvin; sisters, Julia Seigler and Jessie Seigler Bates; and nephew, Donald Seigler.
Memorials may be directed to Montmorenci First Baptist Church, 37 Old Barnwell Road, Montmorenci, SC 29856, or to Central Baptist Church, 1652 Wire Road, Aiken, SC 29805.
