Pastor and Mrs. Willie J. Hunter Sr. of Aiken announce the engagement of their daughter, Chasity Monet' Hunter of Aiken, to Eric Michael McDaniel of Graniteville, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Carlos McDaniel of Graniteville. The wedding is planned for June 28, 2008, at Old Storm Branch Baptist Church.
The bride-elect is a maternal granddaughter of the late Mrs. Lucille Walker of Barnwell and a paternal granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Harold Hunter Sr. of Barnwell. She is a 2000 graduate of Spring Valley High School. She is a graduate of the University of South Carolina Aiken with a degree in music and religion. She is employed by the University of South Carolina Aiken.
The bridegroom-elect is a maternal grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Abney of North Augusta and a paternal grandson of Mr. I.D. and the late Mrs. Ellen McDaniel of Greenville. He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina Aiken with a degree in secondary education in social studies and a minor in music. He is employed by Strom Thurmond High School.
