A North Augusta man has been charged with possession of a weapon during a violent crime, two counts of assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature and one count of assault and battery with intent to kill on allegations he pistol whipped two victims and fired a handgun at one of the victims.

Noah A. Graham, 50, of Old Aiken Road in North Augusta, reportedly assaulted the victims late the evening of Oct. 29. The victims told deputies they knew the assailant, and, although he got away, they were able to identify him, deputies reported.

He was detained and later jailed.
