Mary A. Lewis
Funeral services for Mrs. Mary A. Lewis of 128 Midway Circle, who passed away Saturday, May 17, 2008, at Trinity Hospital, Augusta, will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, May 23, 2008, at Mt. Harris Baptist Church with Rev. Olin Jessie officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
The remains will lie in state at the church Friday from noon until the hour of service.
She leaves to cherish her memory a daughter, Debra Denise Lewis of Charlotte, N.C.; four sons, Paul Lewis, Jerry Lee Lewis, Michael Jerome Lewis, all of Aiken, and Ben Lewis III of Jacksonville, Fla.; two sisters, Betty M. and Darlene M. Vail of Aiken; two brothers, Chester Moore of Clarmont, N.C., and Willie R. Moore of Aiken; seven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and other relatives.
Friends may call at the residence or at Jackson-Brooks Funeral Home beginning at 2 p.m. Thursday. The family will receive friends Friday at the funeral home from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m.
