MONTMORENCI -- Mrs. Mary Johnson, 82, of 157 Hitchcock Road, entered into rest May 27, 2008, at her residence. Funeral arrangements will be announced.

Mrs. Johnson was a member of the Montmorenci Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband, Jessie Johnson of Montmorenci; a daughter, Mary (LeVern) Lawton of Montmorenci; a sister, Martha Carter of Aiken; 27 grandchildren, 72 great-grandchildren, 13 great-great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.

Friends may call her residence.
