According to reports provided by the Aiken Department of Public Safety:

An unknown woman shoplifted about $80 in merchandise from a store on Richland Avenue on Tuesday.

A burglary was reported on Greenville Street on Tuesday. The owner reported copper wiring missing.

An air conditioner unit was reported stolen from a business on York Street on Tuesday.

A vehicle break-in was reported on Sumter Street on Tuesday.

According to reports provided by the Aiken County Sheriff’s Office:

A 69-year-old Beech Island woman reported fraud on Tuesday after an unknown person made $900 in fraudulent purchases on her bank account.

A North Augusta man was detained for disorderly conduct on Tuesday after he was found walking in the roadway of Dogwood Drive near Elton Avenue. The man exhibited signs of intoxication and smelled of alcohol.

A vehicle break-in was reported on Ridgemont Drive in Aiken on Wednesday. The owner reported sunglasses missing.
