According to reports provided by the Aiken County Sheriff’s Office:


A Jackson woman reported an unknown subject forced entry into her Craig Street residence on Friday. The owner reported items missing.


Officers responded to vandalism on Langley Dam Road and Jefferson Davis Highway in Langley on Saturday after observing a vehicle’s back windshield and rear passenger door window were shattered.


Officers responded to a hit and run on Bettis Academy Road in Graniteville on Friday after an unknown subject hit the rear of a truck and then left the scene.


Officers are looking for a male subject after an employee from a motel on Jefferson Davis Highway in Clearwater reported on Friday the man left the motel without paying for a week of stay. The subject reportedly told the employee he wouldn’t pay because he was charged an additional fee for a cat he had present.


A North Augusta woman reported a burglary at her Big Cone Drive residence on Friday after an unknown subject entered her home. The owner reported items missing.


A Wagener man reported on Friday that an unknown subject took a 10-week-old American Pit Bull Terrier puppy from his Holiness Church Road residence.


An Aiken man reported on Thursday an unknown subject entered a garage without permission on Citadel Drive. The man reported items missing.
