According to reports provided by the Aiken County Sheriff's Office:


A 25-year-old man was arrested on Sunday outside of a home on Todd Avenue in North Augusta for disorderly conduct following a report that he had been lying down in the house's driveway. According to the responding officer, the man appeared to be unsteady on his feet and smelled strongly of alcohol.


A 53-year-old woman was arrested for assault and battery in the third degree following an incident at a home on Sand Bar Ferry Road in Beech Island on Saturday. The victim, a 29-year-old woman, said she came to visit, but the subject didn't want her in the house. According to the victim, the subject struck her on a leg with a yellow pole, scratched her and pulled on her clothes. The responding officer observed multiple scratches on the victim's legs and chest, torn clothes and what appeared to be a welt on the victim's left leg. According to the officer, the subject appeared to be intoxicated because she was staggering and smelled strongly of alcohol.


An Iowa woman reported on Saturday that a Graniteville man took items out of her hands after she asked him to leave a home on Aiken Road in Graniteville.


A Graniteville man reported on Saturday that someone entered his unlocked home on Bettis Academy Road and took a 55-inch Mitsubishi flat screen television and an Xbox gaming system.


A North Augusta woman reported on Saturday that her foster daughter punched her in the face and damaged items in her home on Thompson Avenue during an argument. The responding officer arrested the subject for assault and battery in the third degree and malicious damage to property after observing items out of place, a hole in the wall of a room and damage to a laptop computer and mouse.


A Graniteville man reported on Saturday that someone cut the phone lines to his house on East Avenue, pried open the rear door and took a window air conditioning unit valued at $150.
