According to reports provided by the Aiken Department of Public Safety:
A 25-year-old Beech Island woman was detained for disorderly conduct Tuesday after cursing and creating a disturbance in the emergency room of Aiken Regional Medical Centers.
A 51-year-old Aiken woman was detained for shoplifting Tuesday after she tried to take $128 in merchandise from a store in Aiken Mall without paying.
Copper wiring was reported stolen from two homes on Fox Haven Drive on Tuesday.
A burglary was reported on Chesterfield Street on Tuesday.
Vehicle break-ins were reported on Houndslake Drive and Chesterfield Street.
According to reports provided by the Aiken County Sheriff’s Office:
A 39-year-old North Augusta man was detained for third-degree assault and battery Tuesday after he allegedly chased after his 22-year-old stepdaughter and threatened to kill her.
A 26-year-old North Augusta man was detained for assault Tuesday after he allegedly punched his 13-year-old stepson in the face following an argument over a video game.
A 22-year-old Aiken man was detained for criminal domestic violence on Tuesday after he allegedly punched his girlfriend in the face during an argument.
An air conditioner unit was reported stolen from a home on McNair Drive in North Augusta on Tuesday.
A burglary was reported on Canal Street in Graniteville on Tuesday. The owner reported money, electronics, a credit card, a Bible and purses missing.
Additional burglaries were reported on Gray Mare Hollow Road in Beech Island and Edgefield Highway in Aiken.
A vehicle break-in was reported on West Five Notch Road in North Augusta on Tuesday. The owner reported electronics missing.
