According to reports provided by the Aiken County Sheriff’s Office:

A Windsor woman reported on Thursday an attempted burglary at her home on Oakman Avenue. The suspect did not gain entry into the residence.

An Aiken man reported on Thursday that his girlfriend assaulted him and left marks before leaving their residence. The responding officer observed scratches on his neck and arms and did obtain a written statement.

An Aiken woman reported on Thursday that someone broke into her vehicle on Vaucluse Road. No items were listed as stolen.

A Gloverville man reported on Thursday that someone broke into his home on Carline Street and stole several items including his cellphone.

A Warrenville woman reported on Thursday that someone went into her mailbox on Augusta Road and took several checks.

An Aiken woman reported on Thursday that someone broke into her home on Wagener Road and stole several listed items.

A North Augusta man reported on Thursday that someone damaged his garage door on Oakhurst Drive.
