Police will obtain warrants for a 23-year-old Aiken man who allegedly struck his father in the face with a wrench on Saturday. The victim said he had just confronted his son about drinking and driving, and that his son appeared to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
An unknown man allegedly tried to pass a counterfeit $100 bill at a store on Whiskey Road on Saturday.
A 29-year-old Aiken man was detained for bank fraud on Thursday after depositing checks into an account knowing there were no funds to support the checks.
A 62-year-old Aiken woman was detained for DUI on Friday after a collision on Whiskey Road. The woman exhibited signs of intoxication and was arrested after failing multiple field sobriety tests. She provided a breath sample that yielded a .16 percent blood-alcohol content.
A 58-year-old Columbia man was detained for DUI on Sunday after he was pulled over on Rutland Drive for driving erratically. The man smelled of alcohol and exhibited signs of intoxication. He was arrested after failing multiple field sobriety tests and provided a breath sample that yielded a .20 percent blood-alcohol content.
A 53-year-old Aiken man was detained for shoplifting on Friday after he tried to take $45 in merchandise from a store on Whiskey Road without paying.
A 19-year-old Aiken man was detained for shoplifting on Sunday after he tried to take $44 worth of meat products from a store on Whiskey Road without paying.
A North Augusta couple allegedly took $100 in items from their hotel room on Whiskey Road on Friday.
A burglary was reported on Willow Lake Drive on Thursday. The owner reported lawn maintenance tools missing.
An electronic tablet was reported stolen from a basketball court on Kershaw Street on Saturday.
An Aiken woman reported on Sunday that an unknown person slashed a tire on her vehicle on Middlebury Lane.
An Aiken woman reported on Sunday that an unknown person keyed her vehicle repeatedly while it was parked on Aldrich Street.
Vehicles were reported stolen from Maple Drive and Abbeville Avenue.

A 38-year-old Warrenville woman was detained for disorderly conduct after she was seen by officers walking around on Augusta Road with an alcoholic beverage in her hand. The woman also exhibited signs of intoxication.
A 46-year-old North Augusta woman and a 53-year-old North Augusta man were each detained for criminal domestic violence on Saturday after assaulting each other at their Old Sudlow Lake Road home.
A 58-year-old Warrenville woman was detained for disorderly conduct on Sunday after she was found intoxicated at a Warrenville home for which she was on trespass notice.
An unknown man defrauded a restaurant on Frontage Road in Aiken on Sunday by ordering about $10 in food and leaving without paying for it.
Metal was reported stolen from two air conditioner units at a home on Old Tory Trail in Montmorenci on Sunday.
A burglary was reported on Berry Lane in Beech Island on Sunday. The owner reported an electronic tablet missing.
