An Aiken man reported on Wednesday that he found an 8-inch kitchen knife on the ground beside Whiskey Road.
Shoplifting warrants will be issued for a 64-year-old Bamberg man who allegedly took $560 in merchandise from a store on Richland Avenue without paying.
A 26-year-old Aiken woman was detained for shoplifting on Wednesday after she tried to take several packs of trading cards from a store on Richland Avenue without paying.
A 17-year-old Aiken man was detained for third-degree assault and battery on Thursday after allegedly attacking his father following an argument over the suspect having a friend over who wasn’t supposed to be there.
Vending machines were reported damaged at a laundromat on Rutland Drive on Wednesday.

A North Augusta woman was detained for criminal domestic violence on Wednesday after allegedly striking and scratching her husband in the face during an argument.
A Graniteville woman reported fraud on Wednesday after learning that someone cashed her disability check using her driver’s license and a Louisiana address.
A 65-year-old Graniteville man was detained for disorderly conduct after he was found sitting in a parked vehicle on the side of Jefferson Davis Highway. The man smelled of alcohol and exhibited signs of intoxication, and also had an open alcoholic beverage inside the vehicle.
An Aiken woman reported on Wednesday that an unknown person slashed a tire on her vehicle on Raven Hollow Trail in Aiken.
A North Augusta woman reported vandalism on Wednesday after an unknown person keyed her vehicle on Elizabeth Avenue.
A burglary was reported at a home on Ella Quiller Road in Graniteville on Thursday. The owner reported jewelry and a cellphone missing.
Additional burglaries were reported on Church Street in Warrenville, Old Jackson Highway in Beech Island and Powell Pond Road in Aiken.
A vehicle break-in was reported on Bath Lake Road in Warrenville on Wednesday. The owner reported electronics and money missing.
A vehicle was reported stolen from Jefferson Davis Highway in Graniteville on Wednesday.
