According to reports provided by the Aiken Department of Public Safety:

A disturbance was reported on Banks Mill Road on Thursday after three subjects exited a vehicle, arguing and one subject deployed pepper spray into another subject’s eyes.

An Aiken woman allegedly shoplifted items from a business on Whiskey Road.

A 56-year-old Aiken woman was detained for shoplifting on Thursday after she took items from a business on Richland Avenue by attempting to conceal them under her shirt.

A business on Whiskey Road reported an unknown subject took a Samsung Galaxy S5 cellphone worth $650 from the store.

An Aiken woman allegedly shoplifted items from a business on York Street on Thursday.

According to reports provided by the Aiken County Sheriff’s Office:

Officers responded to a burglary and vandalism of a vehicle on Horizon Street in Aiken on Wednesday.

A burglary was reported on Pipeline Road on Wednesday after an Aiken man reported items were taken from his residence.

An Aiken woman reported to officers that an unknown subject broke into and entered her vehicle on Bonnie Blue Road on Tuesday.

A 28-year-old Graniteville man reported that an unknown subject entered his unlocked vehicle on Church Street and removed his wallet, driver’s license, Social Security card, birth certificate and credit cards on Thursday.

A 38-year-old North Augusta man reported that earlier this month an unknown individual kicked open the door into his garage on Kershaw Drive and took miscellaneous car parts, shoes and clothing.

A 68-year-old Aiken man reported his vehicle was broken into and entered by an unknown subject on Magnolia Drive on Wednesday.

A 36-year-old Beech Island man reported to officers on Thursday that a 35-year-old male subject confronted him in the front yard of the Riverdale Road residence after the victim went to visit his girlfriend. Both parties ensued in a verbal altercation, after which a subject approached the victim and struck him with a closed fist from behind. As the victim was leaving in his vehicle, a subject told him he would kill him as he pointed a gun at him.

A 59-year-old Aiken man reported after visiting his neighbor’s home on Irish Bank Lane last week, he saw the victim’s door and window open. Officers reported that an unknown subject took a safe with weapons, a TV, laptops, ammunition, an XBOX 360 and a controller.
