According to reports provided by the Aiken Department of Public Safety:

A 33-year-old Aiken man allegedly shoplifted shirts, underwear and body wash from a store on Richland Avenue on Wednesday.

Two Barnwell women were detained for shoplifting on Wednesday after they tried to take $95 in merchandise from a store on Richland Avenue without paying.

An 18-year-old Warrenville man was detained for shoplifting on Wednesday after he tried to take a pair of sunglasses from a store in Aiken Mall without paying.

An Aiken woman reported a dog house stolen from her home on Dupont Drive on Wednesday.

A vehicle break-in was reported on Berringer Drive on Wednesday. The owner reported a laptop and an external hard drive missing.

According to reports provided by the Aiken County Sheriff’s Office:

A refrigerator and a stove were reported stolen from a home on Bethany Lane in Aiken on Wednesday.

A Warrenville woman reported clothing stolen from the hallway of her apartment on Timmerman Street on Wednesday.

A 32-year-old North Augusta man was detained for disorderly conduct on Wednesday after he was found walking on the side of Five Notch Road. The man reportedly smelled of alcohol.

A burglary was reported at a home on Charleston Highway in Aiken on Wednesday. The owner reported an air conditioner missing.

A bicycle was reported stolen from Chandler Drive in Beech Island on Wednesday.
